New Easter Wabbits!

Wow, how can it be March already! This year is flying by. The last weekend of January Hubby and I drove to Austin Texas for a wedding. A 13 hour drive from Kansas City, we broke our trip up with a stop in Dallas for the night and dinner with our daughter and twin Grandsons! Nothing like some Texas BBQ and Grandson love to end the day.

Day 2 we headed in to the beautiful city of Austin with little downtime before getting ready to attend the wedding. A lovely wedding in a historic downtown Austin home, a beautiful bride and handsome groom, so happy be with them and celebrate their special day. I kind of regret not spending an extra day in Austin to explore the city, its history, and great food to be had I hear! But we were on a time crunch. Day 3 of our whirlwind trip we headed back towards Kansas with a stop in Oklahoma City to spend the night and have dinner with daughter #2 and more Grandsons!

Day 4 was heading home to our little Daisy.
Next up was packing up quilts for an evening of fun with The Nitetime Needlers in Kansas City. Poor Daisy is somewhat confused. Does she think she is going somewhere, or is this a protest?

And last but not least I have a new penny rug pattern for you, just in time for Easter!
Aren't these colors just scrumptious if I do have to say so myself!
You can find the pattern on my website
Also in my Etsy store which also has a PDF version for those who can't wait for the mailman, and a limited amount of kits in the kit section.

Lots more sewing in store for me now. I am stitching up a new table runner and is it ever going to be fun with colors!
Happy sewing!
